• Our client in the City of London is urgently seeking a Principle Building Services Engineer for a Temporary Contract through to end of November Professional/Technical Knowledge 1. Produce drawings, specifications and tender documentation in respect of electrical testing and heating installations 2. Prepare valuations for payment and certify the same. 3. Obtain tenders and arrange formal contracts when required by the City of London’s Standing Orders, Financial Regulations and Control of Projects Manual. 4. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act and other related legislation throughout the City’s housing stock. 5. Assist in the operation and maintenance of the department’s Building Management System (BMS), as required. 6. To be fully conversant with and undertake all work in accordance with the City ’s Standing Orders, Financial Regulations and Health & Safety and Departmental Manuals.
