As part of the Group they are aligned to their Civils, Environmental, Energy and Development and Transportation Businesses to provide a multidisciplinary management and consultancy services that meets the developing demands of their client’s.

  • The Business unit is divided into several operating teams each lead by a Technical Director. The aim is to add a Senior Electrical Engineer to an existing team to strengthen the structure and be part of growth and development. The present work load consists of retail, commercial and residential projects including “renewable technology” and “low energy” designs required to satisfy local authority planning requirements and Building Regulations, Part L. Responsibilities; The successful candidate will be a dynamic self motivated individual who will work as part of an engineering team, taking a senior role in project and design work, focused on delivery to the client and technical excellence. Production and client liaison and mentoring & coaching junior members of the team.   • We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer (Building Services) to join one of our clients' small multi-disciplinary Building Engineering design teams in London to work on a variety of prestigious projects with leading international architects in the UK and overseas. We are looking for a candidate who will fit in with our clients progressive, design-led and social group and become a contributor to the excellent atmosphere which exists within their team.

  • Role • Leading a multidisciplinary team on high profile buildings either in the UK or overseas.   • The firms 'building physics' team can analyse both new build and existing portfolios, and couple this analysis with design and thermal simulation skills, to evaluate a building's energy performance. Once established, cost effective proposals for improvement can be discussed. The practice has a total strength approaching 70, located in Surrey. The firm operates a Quality Assurance Management System accredited to BS EN ISO 9001, which now links procedures to processes within a fully interactive Process Information Management System (PIMS).
