Proven expertise provides energy efficient comfort control for HVAC projects, building safety, security and lighting control, coupled with full supervisory building management systems.

  • Job Description You should should have a proven track record for contracting H.V.A.C. controls projects up to £750,000.00. You should have experience in both conventional and DDC control systems together with a good knowledge of electrical motor control panels. Knowledge of Trend control systems is essential and experience with Cylon would be an advantage.

  • Computer literacy is essential and you should be capable of writing software strategies for one of the above systems and have a full understanding of the theory of automatic controls associated with the heating, ventilating and air conditioning industries. You should be capable of negotiating with clients and consultants and undertaking supervision of site meetings etc. A good electrical background, including the capability to design electrical control panels including motor starter circuits and safety interlocks, would be an added advantage. Drawings are to be prepared using a CAD design system. You must be capable of working under pressure and controlling project finances.   • Job Description We require an engineer to operate in a mobile capacity generally in London and the South East. The engineer must have the following: A good working knowledge of conventional, electronic, Direct Digital Control (DDC) and Building Management Systems (BMS). A full understanding of HVAC control theory and a proven capability in commissioning HVAC control systems.

  • A sound electrical knowledge and be capable of fault finding and commissioning motor control panels with 400V circuits. An understanding of HVAC plant. Be computer literate, preferably with experience with networks. Knowledge and experience with Trend, Cylon and / or Tridium control systems would be useful, but is not essential. Training would be given to the candidate who possesses strengths in any of the above disciplines. Understands the current construction product and Business Plan objectives and has broad understanding of other core businesses. FM1568 - Construction Project Manager – £40 - £45,000 + benefits - Chipping Sodbury

  • Working as part of a team based in Chipping Sodbury you will be involved from design through to the inception of multiple sites. They will range in size from 35 - 350+ units of standard 2 & 3 storey builds and some affordable housing. The area you will be covering is Bristol/Bath, Tewksbury, Swindon, Cornwall. Project Planning • Undertake strategic programming, from overall project programme to detailed task scheduling, from inception to operation (where relevant). Integration of all programmes and functions during each project phase • Continually review the risk management analysis carried out at the tender stage and ensure that all significant project risks are registered, allocated to owners and that appropriate control measures are in place • Set up and implement an integrated communication, monitoring and reporting system with feedback for early resolution of problems and identification of opportunities

  • They are currently looking for a Commissioning Manager or M&E Project Manager with some design experience and proven track record to lead their Commissioning Management team. They have a portfolio across the North of England from Liverpool to Cambridge. In the first instance you will work alongside a Director and be project based in Manchester on a major Commercial Development. The post for the right candidate could lead to a directorship.   • Knowledge of the interfaces associated with commissioning major hospital infrastructure is a pre requisite. The appointment is initially for 3 years however long term career prospects with our Company would be available for the successful candidate.
