They are now seeking a Collateral and Publications Marketing Manager for the UK
Responsibilities
•Manage copywriting, design production, proofing, printing and distribution of all international collateral for focus areas managed by group marketing
•Review and edit high-level content brochures, whitepapers and campaign collateral such as market brochures, whitepapers, rand related/messaging documents for content and design
•Review and edit high-level English language content generated by the group
•Help formulate brand messaging and thought leadership positioning and convey it in a variety of different formats to different audiences
•Work with Group Intranet/Internet Manager to ensure all centrally produced collateral is readily available across all internal and external systems (Our Knowledge, Intranet, Workspaces, website).

Deliverables:
•Responsible for publications budget
•Responsible for the overall delivery of all printed outputs from group marketing team
- Liaise with and scope the requirements of senior internal clients re. messaging and collateral - Review, edit and/or comment on high-level content
•Responsible for the content, quality, tenor and consistency of brand messaging across the internet, external group publications and the intranet
•Provide input on the best way to use collateral in marketing campaigns
•Roll out ID-Manager and other new marketing tools to improve dissemination of collateral to target audiences- including implementation and training
•Provide advice and counsel to the rest of the group, where appropriate on messaging, design and type of collateral/new media to be used
•Ensure that collateral is delivered to target audiences effectively either through traditional marcomms activities or through digital marketing activities
•Support manager, account-based marketing, to re-purpose existing content and generate new material for key accounts.

Experience & Qualifications : Essential Experience
•At least three/four years marcomms experience with focus on design and writing
•Broad project management skills and good all round marcomms experience (focussing on design and editorial).
•Commercial/technology experience
•Knowledge of editorial process from writing, to subbing, proofing and all aspects of print production
•Experience in new media
•Experience of using key design software programmes (e.g. quark, intouch)
•Can communicate with authority and can secure buy-in and deal with strong personalities.
•Used to working across several different sectors
•Strong team player
•Can-do attitude, hands-on, highly flexible
•Additional languages would be an advantage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the Security Evaluation of products and systems to either the Common Criteria, MOD Sys or Fast Track Methodologies and preparation of deliverables for input to evaluations. This will involve conducting security evaluations and the development and presentation of security related documentation.
Responsible for the production (and/or contributions to) proposal for work, including preparation and justification of work programmes and plans and effort estimates.

Experience & Qualifications : Essential Experience
You will need at least one years experience working in an evaluation environment and an in-depth understanding and experience of formal evaluation methodologies;
Having the ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to strict guidelines is a must as is the ability to write complete, and contribute to larger, security documentation;
You will also have the ability to explain principles of product evaluation in terms of business benefit and you will also need to be adaptable and mobile.
Desirable Experience
Experience of multiple product areas including databases, operating systems, applications and MOD systems.
